Ingredients
  • 1pound ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
  • 2ounce fourcans of green chilior fresh about 10
  • 1 1/2cup Jack Cheese
  • 1 1/2cup Milk
  • 1/4cup flour
  • 1/2teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • Severaldashes pepper sauce
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain off fat
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Place 1/2 chili in a 6 x 10 baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, top with meat. arrange remaining Chile over meat (layer.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients, beat until smooth, pour over meat and Chile mixture.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Knife in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 5 minutes.
Recipe Notes

If you use too much cheese it doesn’t look done or is sometimes greasy. You can cut this recipe in 1/2 for two. But we only have one serving left when Don eats it.
